Christmas is coming :D

The coca-cola advert has been on, I've started opening my advent calender and with PJ home this weekend we've put up the christmas decorations :) christmas is on it's way!

There has been snow this week but we've had hardly any, just a sprinkling earlier this week...whereas the rest of the country has had inches and inches of snow...it's not fair! I love snow, it's beautiful and an amazing reminder of God's creation and love. Yet I have hardly been able to enjoy it because Oxfordshire appears to be the only place to not get proper snow. PJ's had it in Southampton, loads of my friends away at uni have had it, my friends in London have got it...it's not fair!
However they say it'll stay cold for the next few weeks so maybe I'll get...dare I say it...a white christmas!

We've hit a major obstacle with the CU carol service in that it's on Tuesday and we've just found out we don't have the venue that we thought we had...and having already handed out 3000 flyers that is a little worrying! We're now waiting on an email/phone call from the head of another society in the hope that they will let us have the venue that we thought we had booked!
Am praying that things will work out for God's plan but I'd rather know whether we can have the venue or whether we need to put plan B into motion...I hate being in limbo.

Speaking of limbo, I am still in placement limbo but as of this week I might be out of it. On thursday I have an informal interview for a new placement, it wouldn't start until January so would definitely delay my graduation but at least then I'd have a plan with a timeframe sorted.

That's all going on in my life at the moment; CU stuff, placement stuff and got one more assignment left (I've done the major presentation that I had to do, it went well!).
Mostly I'm just looking forward to Christmas :D
Much love xxx
